通識教育中心為提升學生文化素養、營造校園藝文氛圍，並配合高教深耕計畫推動藝術教育，以強化學生博雅素養，訂於2026年10月6日（二）在本校創新大樓1樓演講廳辦理入圍2025年金馬獎最佳紀錄片之《大風之島》放映暨映後座談活動，並邀請許雅婷導演蒞校分享影片創作歷程及相關經驗，歡迎全校師生踴躍參與。

《大風之島》歷經二十年拍攝，記錄樂生療養院院民面對強制隔離、都市建設及迫遷爭議的生命歷程，呈現其在抗爭、等待與重建中的日常與時代記憶。

The General Education Center aims to enhance students’ cultural literacy, foster an artistic atmosphere on campus, and promote arts education in conjunction with the Higher Education Sprout Project. The Island of the Winds Screening & Q&A will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at the Lecture Hall on the 1st Floor of the Innovation Building. Island of the Winds was nominated for Best Documentary Feature at the 2025 Golden Horse Awards. Director HSU Ya-ting will also be invited to share her filmmaking journey and related experiences. All faculty, staff, and students are welcome to participate.

Synopsis of Island of the Winds:

Filmed over a period of twenty years, Island of the Winds documents the lives of residents of Losheng Sanatorium as they faced forced isolation, urban development, and relocation disputes. The film portrays their daily lives through years of protest, waiting, and rebuilding, while preserving their memories amid social and historical change.
