通識教育中心為提升學生文化素養、增進校園知性氣息,書院教育,奠定學生勤勞樸實與人文博雅的素養,安排於1150202日(一)於校內咖啡廳(植栽花房隔壁)進行分享,特邀請魏慧娟講師進行講座與實作,講座主題《風味的煉金術:咖啡沖煮技藝的演進與品鑑美學》,並開放全校師生共襄盛舉。

To enhance students’ cultural literacy, enrich the campus intellectual atmosphere, and promote residential college education that fosters diligence, integrity, and humanistic values, the General Education Center will host a lecture and hands-on session on February 2, 2026 (Monday) at the On-campus Café (next to the Plant Greenhouse).

We are honored to invite Lecturer Hui-Juan Wei to present a talk and practical demonstration titled “The Alchemy of Flavor: The Evolution of Coffee Brewing and the Aesthetics of Tasting.”
